Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Guest and optionally Apple-linked game progress and update diagnostics are associated with a Firebase user ID (uid). Purchase rights are managed using a pseudonymous identifier for the store-verified purchasing account; delivery records are associated with the uid of the receiving game. App sign-up and Sign in with Apple are not required to purchase or restore. Usage analytics uses a separate random app instance ID and is not linked to that uid.

• Account identifiers — Firebase user ID. Optional Sign in with Apple stores the Apple account identifier and email provided by Apple (including Hide My Email addresses) in Firebase Authentication. We do not request your name or phone number and do not send your email to Analytics.
• Game progress data (users/{uid}) — currencies, hero levels and awakenings, stage records, formation, game settings, login streak, save timestamps and app version.
• Purchase records — transaction identifiers and verification information, a pseudonymous store-verified purchase identity, products, environment, subscription expiry, refunds, deliveries, cumulative purchase rewards and timestamps. Payment details are handled by Apple; we never receive them.
• Support recovery — up to 20 recent save snapshots, recovery data prepared by the operator and restore audit records. Your recovery inbox is cleared after application succeeds. Restore records help resolve support requests and prevent duplicate processing.
• Update diagnostics (otaLog/{uid}/events) — results of game data update checks, downloads and installs (event type, old and new version, failure reason, download size, platform, app version).
• Usage analytics — Google Analytics for Firebase collects a random app instance ID, automatic events such as first launch, sessions and engagement time, app/device/operating system versions, approximate country and region, and purchase events provided by the store. We use these to measure daily and monthly active users (DAU/MAU). We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, advertising identifiers (IDFA/Android Advertising ID) or iOS vendor identifiers (IDFV).

2. Purpose

• Game progress data: backing up and restoring your save.
• Purchase records: restoring subscriptions and permanent purchases for the same App Store account, retaining unclaimed daily credits, preventing duplicate delivery and answering purchase questions.
• Update diagnostics: finding why an update failed or was rolled back, and improving stability.

Usage analytics: measuring active users and engagement, and improving the game. We do not use it for ad personalization or tracking across other apps or websites.

3. Retention and deletion

Settings → Reset Data resets gameplay while retaining account ownership, purchase rights, delivery records and remaining paid items. Settings → Account → Delete account reauthenticates with Apple, revokes the Apple connection and removes account, game, support snapshots, recovery and update records. Pseudonymous purchase and transaction identifiers remain to restore store purchase rights and prevent duplicate delivery. Deleting your account does not cancel Apple subscriptions; cancel them separately in subscription settings. To request guest data deletion or contact Support, send the full ID from the Account screen to the address below.

Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics data retention setting. Reset Data does not delete Analytics records. Because the Analytics app instance ID is not linked to the cloud uid, we cannot identify Analytics records from that cloud ID alone.

4. Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties. Data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore, Seoul region). We also use Google Analytics for Firebase to process usage analytics on Google’s global infrastructure; the Firestore Seoul region setting does not apply to Analytics.

5. Advertising and tracking

The app shows no ads, does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA), and does not track you across other apps or websites.

6. Children

This policy applies to guest play and optional Apple sign-in. Guardians can manage children’s accounts and purchases using device and store family controls and contact us for privacy requests.
